Sewcial Bee Sampler Blocks 8 & 9 Completed!

I'm so happy to be caught up with Blocks 8 & 9 of the Sewcial Bee Sampler.  Block 10 comes out tomorrow, but at least I'm caught up for now.  As I mentioned before, I'm a new quilter and I try to go as fast as possible, but I'm still slow at sewing.  I'm really happy with how the colors are coming together and proud of my progress.  I look forward to sharing more soon!

Moda 2017 Block of the Week Progress!

As if attempting to work on 5 other quilts at once wasn't enough, I also decided to participate in 2 "Block of the Week" sew alongs.  The first one, I've already talked about in my previous post, is called the Sewcial Bee Sampler and the other one is called, Moda Block Heads 2017 Block of the Week.  The new block designs are released every Wednesday on their respective blogs and/or websites.  Just click on the links if you're interested in joining in.  I'm currently completing Block #8 for the Sewcial Bee Sampler and Block #3 for the Moda Block Heads.  Here's a picture of all 3 of my Moda Block Heads Blocks so far:

My Progress with My Sewcial Bee Sampler Blocks

I am finally ready to showcase my progress for the Sewcial Bee Sampler Quilt! I have completed 7 blocks so far, and I plan to post my blocks as I complete them weekly. New Blogger Alert!

It's been quite some time since I last attempted to publish a blog. It can be a lot of work if done properly, but I wanted to have a platform to display my creations. I'm new to quilting, but I'm learning extremely fast. I absolutely love this new venture that I'm on...and I hope you enjoy my posts!!
